- Vitamin D - Weight in pounds X 35 = provides starting dose in units of Vitamin D to take daily for 3 months then have levels checked by a medical practitioner
- Magnesium - Weigh in kilograms X 7.5 = provides total daily dose in elemental magnesium
- Magnesium Glycinate provides 120mg of elemental magnesium per capsule therefore take your magnesium total and divide it by 120 to determine the number of capsules you can take
- Fish Oil (Omega-3) - Dose below based on Omega RX2 Capsules
- Less than 200 lbs - 4 capsules daily
- 201 - 300 lbs - 5 capsules daily
- Greater than 300 lbs - 6 capsules daily
- Probiotic - Take 1-2 capsules daily of Visbiome
